The Base de plein air Bon départ has two independent cafeterias that meet the criteria of health and quality of the ministère de l’Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l’Alimentation du Québec (MAPAQ). As a camp certified by the Association des camps du Québec, the Base de plein air Bon départ complies with the approximately 60 quality standards of the ACQ, including those relating to food. By the way, the menu, designed by our chef, has been endorsed by a nutritionist.
